I got Indian food today for the first time since I started using SparkPeople. Chicken tikka masala, chickpeas, spinach potatoes, basmati rice, and vegetable samosas.

And holy shit, according to SparkPeople this food is insanely nutritious. High-calorie, yes, but with a glass of milk I'm well over my goals for every nutrient I'm tracking. Apparently a serving of chicken tikka masala has 338% the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C.

I think it's time I learned to make Indian food.
